I am very sad to say that ,the way you treating the customer is very bad... On 14.03.2019 i came to your outlet with my friends. They accepted my vehicle and security directed me and my friends to the waiting room. The waiting room experience was very bad and uncomfortable . There was only a single fan at a corner of the room,which is not ventilated properly. I hered that Eram motors is one of the best dealers of Mahindra. So the satisfaction of customer is more essential than all other services..and i am very sad to say that we were not comfortable at your waiting room..
Irresponsable staffs.coustemers have the value of dog they are just behaving like that.we order a spare befor 3 or 4 months.But till we dont get it.They told as that they will contact us if the spare comes but till no phone calls if we call to there no respons.
