During the purchase of Vehicle from your estemed showroom, I have received a Club mahindra Holida Gift Voucher for 2 nigh 3 days stay. I have tried to utilise that voucher and unable to get the reservation as I tried to book through the online service. Its says always, the dates are not available. I tried to call them on phone and the calls ended without any results. The date of the voucher will expire soon. Now I strongly belive that, these kind of gift vouchers are only for the attraction purpose and not useful for any of your valued customers. I really disapointed.

Excellent customer service this time when I came in to get my Mahindra Thar service done. Jackson (conaultant ) was very polite and professional- and kept me updated on the progress . The last time I had came I complained about the poor customer service , this time that was compensated by the excelllent customer service by Jackson
